The Pool Factory- OLD

Customer service is amazing I had a couple small problems all I had to do was go online and submit my request and no matter what the day of the week this company immediately gives you a call back!!! not once was there a haggle I simply explained the issue and it was rectified...example I ordered a light to go on my pool skimmer however it didn't fit so this company sent me the light that went onto the return and told me I wouldn't have to worry about the difference in cost amazing company I'm a forever customer so long as the quality in service remains the same.
