No problems at all.

Short story. Pool and equipment all seems to be high quality. ( I did upgrade to better liner and pump) Customer service is awesome. Long story. I originally went with another Pool Company in Minnesota. I had all sorts of issues. First their website said free shipping, but in reality you had to pay extra for delivery to your house, to have liftgate service, and they even had a fuel surcharge which all added up to $100. This info was hidden until you checked out. The Pool Factory does charge for liftgate service but that info is clearly stated, unlike the other place. Also customer service with the other pool place was very poor. The pool hadn't shipped in over a week due to one person calling off sick. Luckily they informed me the pool I had ordered had changed in color, so they allowed me to cancel my order. I ran as fast as I could! I ordered from The Pool Factory and everything shipped that same day and was at the local truck terminal the next day! Set up to deliver to house and everything went great. Also one of the bottom cuffs broke, so I emailed them. They responded within 15 minutes and immediately shipped a new one, which I got within 2 days. That's what I call great customer service! I am really impressed with the Pool Factory.
