Shipping took a week to get to Gaston,SC. We met the delivery driver at the end of our driveway and he put the pallet on the back of the truck. It weighed 1200lbs. Everything was exactly what I ordered and nothing was missing. The directions are not easy to follow for diy installation. We did it and it looks gorgeous! Thanks Pool Factory!

We love it, shipping was on time and packaging was good, stayed outside for two storms. Putting it up was a challenge, I would recommend send the extra money to get a professional to do it.
