Very happy with the cost and my final product. I will say that the reclaimed wood look is awesome, however, several of the boards were unusable because of either holes or too bendy due to imperfections. I was pleased that the product was able to be cut with a sharp razor knife. I didn’t believe that would be possible but it was very helpful for the extreme angles at the top of my project.

I was pleased with the customer service overall. When I was trying to get tracking information on the material to determine the eta, the material showed up before tracking was even sent out, that was a little confusing. The site had said 2-4 weeks for material production and we received in about 5 business days.

I am overall happy with how our accent wall turned out but was disappointed in how many damaged boards we had, as well as many that did not have a clean edge. When I compare the actual product to the sample I ordered, the sample presents a very clean-lined product but in reality, the boards were not cleanly cut in many cases. Or perhaps they were cleanly cut but by the time they got to me, the edge had cracked. Some were completely cracked through the middle the length of the board, and others had damaged corners. It might have been helpful to have more of the longer length boards for less piecing, but that depends on the size of your wall. I had high expectations based on the price I paid and the sample I received so the actual product fell a little short. Again, overall am happy with the look and hope it lasts a very long time. I was happy with the fast shipping times.

Like the different sizes, which save a lot of cutting and waste. The coloring was true to what was pictured in your ad.
