This second review is for the awesome customer service I received from Ms. Michelle. She is very knowledgeable and was very patient with me when I could not figure out how many units I needed. I could not have done it without her expertise. I already have recommended these products to a couple of family members. Ms. Michelle was always on top of it. The air purifiers arrived in a timely matter, and she was very good at following up with me when the wall mounts were available. She called me and I was able to place the order of the amount of wall units I needed. I am very pleased. Thank you so much for everything.
