I have interacted with Redford staff three times about various gear related topics. I am impressed with their care and ability to listen to my suggestions. They are prompt with their email replies and shipments of items ordered. They offer good basic items to start preparing for emergencies. I also like the emergency planner they enclose with each order that has a list of additional items a person or family may want to add to their go bag.
