Not happy with product

I was surprised how cheap the plastic made it look, especially for the price I paid. Additionally, it didn’t work. Disappointed. I filled this out in the email and clicked submit, but then made me do it all over again on the website. Not very convenient.

Had a horrible experience with the team. Didn’t receive any help when my candle arrived broken and unusable. 82 dollars wasted on an awful product.

Hard to get a refund from this Nette, they don’t have a good communication system. They don’t work on or before holidays so never over night anything from them because they will only deliver after the day you would have wanted. I still haven’t gotten my refund.
