I wish there had been a place on your order form to put the date to email the gift certificate I ordered for our grand-daughter's birthday. It turned out great in the end after all. She was able to get what she wanted, so she could make the dessert for her special day. Your store sounds wonderful, so the next time I am there from Oregon I hope to visit. I ordered an item that took a little longer than usual because it had to be ordered through the company. Didriks was in constant contact with me during the whole process via email. I have been purchasing from Didrik's for the past 7 years. They always seem to have what I am looking for. Their customer service is outstanding and their product selection is first class. My last order was for a full set of the Duralex Lys Stackable Clear Bowls. These bowls are awesome and would make a wonderful gift for anyone you know who uses their kitchen.
