My items were special ordered from out of the country and the information was relayed to me promptly and my product arrived safe and sound in a fairly timely manner given the pandemic. Love the utensil set I bought, as well. Would definitely shop here again.

I was looking for more placemats of the type I had bought before and it took a little searching but we were able to find them and purchase them. The entire transaction was done by phone and I went to pick them up but did not go into the store.
