I don't recall for sure but I don't remember your having such a good online store before. I don't live very close to any of your physical stores and don't love browsing in person so it has been great to support a local business with a great reputation while shopping online. Plus the customer service chat feature is really helpful. Free shipping is super nice (and a good competitive move) but I am also happy to pick up my purchase in store, which I plan to do on my latest purchase. Thanks!

Didriks had the Rosle tool (meat pounder) I was looking for...a tool I could not find anywhere else in stock. The man I spoke with over the phone regarding the tool gave me helpful and sincere answers to my questions. The item was packaged perfectly, and arrived quickly,
