Received flagpole with no damage. Installed without issues. Received gold ball in two pieces, had to cut rivet to put together the two halves. Very pleased with purchase.

The USPS was slow due
The USPS was slow due to holidays but when I called the flag store company they were helpful in tracking the order and letting me know that if it’s not delivered by a certain date they would resent it. Very professional lady talking at company
