We spent a lot of time determining which type and brand of pole was right for our needs. Definitely wanted something made in the USA, something with positive customer reviews, and a warranty that stands behind their product. Made in the US ✅ reviews were 80% positive ✅ warranty covers the pole ✅ . when I did not receive the discount code I was offered, customer service took care of that timely. The pole arrived timely and with all parts. We did purchase a cotton flag, but that was a personal preference, it includes a nylon flag. The only component that was not to our satisfaction was the 3” gold ball finial that is included. It is plastic and looks very cheap. We purchased one that was silver, like our pole and the results turned out great. We followed the tutorial on installation and it went smoothly. Our new 25’ Titan telescoping flagpole is in place and flying old glory proudly. Thanks flagpole store.
