I have had trouble with my HLG lights but Growers House has helped me and resolved my issue to date but I'm having trouble again with a light that I sent back once for replacement of the driver. It's blinking again and I will be contacting Rusty for help. So far HLG has backed up their warranty. I'm expecting a new light to replace this unit. I suspect HLG has been sending me used equipment including the original lights I bought.
