I purchased on for each bed in our home. I layered it over the flat sheet and a down blanket. We pulled the flat sheet up to fold over the top edges in efforts to keep them cleaner. It hasn’t reached super cold temps just yet. Single digits a couple of nights- we are really impressed by the difference in the warmth. Layers make such a difference, and of course the right layers. It doesn’t have to be heavy to be warm. Great quality. Quick shipment. Proud it’s also local. Thank you!

We’re really pleased with how soft the blanket is, for a wool blanket. My son stays warm this winter with this blanket, a sheet below, and a matelasse above. Wool does such a good job of regulating heat! And we’re glad to buy from a US manufacturer. My grandfathers were WWII vets and had wool blankets issued to them from blanket manufacturers in the area. My baby blanket was lined with the repurposed wool from one of my grandfathers’ military issued blankets. Keep on making them for the next generation!
