I sent my mother a blanket from Faribault Woolen Mill for her birthday in lieu of a hug since I couldn’t come see her in person this year. She’s a pretty selective person known to return gifts that didn’t suit before, but this one was a great hit, clearly quality material, and the customer service and shipping time were great, to boot.

We purchased 2 wonderful wool blankets. One was a maroon stadium blanket with attractive yellow edge stitching and the other is a Merino wool blanket with an interesting pattern. We bought them with the idea in mind that we would use them meeting with friends and family outside during the pandemic quarantine winter of 20/21. We tried them out yesterday and they worked perfectly and with style. Very warm and cozy.
