We have purchased mugs over a period of time. You have improved the lids over time. I have 2 lids that will not work and one I threw away. I would like to return the two I have and see if you can fix. We have two that work and we have one to give as a gift.

we use the stainless steel mugs in the RV and when traveling and it's such peace of mind that we never have to worry about tea or coffee falling over as we travel. I also love the lids are leak proof so I feel confident tossing them in my bag (once I double and triple check I've closed the lid!!! LOL). I also have a couple of the ceramic mugs for use at home. I don't like having coffee near the computer when working, and Mighty Mug again came to the rescue!

The product is excellent and very dependable as i have used it over 8 years even when I buy a new mug
