I have loved every purchase I have made. I use them and give them as gifts. I love that they don't fall over when bumped and that my drinks either stay hot or cold when I use them. I will continue to purchase these products and recommend them to family, friends and co-workers.

For whatever reason, USPS notified me that an ordered mug was on the way; however, it never left the "home base" facility, MM confirmed that fact; however, MM immediately fulfilled a new order, hast-tracked delivery, and refunded the original order cost to ensure complete satisfaction on my part. Not often seen/experienced these days, MM was quick to respond, promised a prompt delivery date of a new order, and exceeded my expectations for outstanding customer service, no hesitation to substitute a new order, and clearly demonstrated high level customer service!
