When an unusual circumstance arose with a simple lid issue, Mighty Mug showed terrific integrity by not just replacing the lid, but replaced the whole mug and provided additional customer service. There was an effort to go further beyond what was requested in order to satisfy their customer, which was greatly appreciated. I continue to enjoyed the product and continue to buy them as gifts for others.
