I want vinyl flooring that doesn’t resemble wood, ordered samples of the terrazzo and feel indifferent.

Everything about the order and shipping was great. We were less enthused about the fact that returns are at our expense. Our installer asked us to buy an extra box on the theory that we could return it. We did not need it, but shipping a 34-pound box at my expense will cost most than the flooring. That's my only gripe.

We were looking for a very specific tile look and HMTX was the best option we could find. Ordering was a little bit of a hassle - the website didn’t accept our coupon code and we didn’t receive an order confirmation. Customer service was able to help us with both (I’d still highly recommend adding an order confirmation email to all orders placed through the website). Shipping was a disaster. Once it reached our city - it sat for over a week at a truck lot with no communication from the delivery company. We got conflicting information once we finally got in touch with them. We ended up having to rent a box truck and go to the truck yard to pick up the 60 cases of flooring ourself or risk waiting another full week for delivery. For the amount shipping cost, it was ridiculous that we had to go get it ourselves or risk being a full 2.5 weeks behind schedule in our renovation. Installation has been easy with the product, and there was minimal damage out of the box. Product looks amazing and we’re ultimately happy we chose HMTX’s terrazzo look!

The flooring was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday on that Thursday I received an Email that the flooring would be shipped on that date and arrive a week later. it would have been helpful to know at the time of my order when to expect the flooring to arrive.

After I received a free tile sample (thank you!) I decided I'd like to buy a full-size tile or two and was told it was not possible and that I should look at pictures on the website. There are no full-room photos of Perfect Parfait on the website. I really want to get an idea of what the total effect will be, but it appears there is no way for this to happen. Now I don't know whether or not to take the risk and order for my kitchen floor; what is the return policy and the cost to return 2-3 boxes if I don't like the look?
