Experience was very good. 4 star rating is only because you can't reach anyone by phone. However, Homestitch was very good at responding via email.

I purchased a large 8x10 flatweave rug for just under $100. It's a temporary rug in my living room until I find something just right, at which time it will be used in my office. The aqua color is not as bright as I would have liked, but perhaps that comes with having a flatweave rather than a carpet with even a low pile. The rug appears to be made with quality and care in mind. Homestitch's pricing was the best and it was shipped out right away. I look forward to being a long time customer of theirs.

The shipping with the first rugs were quick. The second rugs took longer.
