The quality of this area rug is solid. It's very durable and threaded so well. The colors are bright and vibrant and beautiful. I've never been into area rugs because the Oriental rugs and Persian rugs are not my style. I was so happy to not only find more simpler styles and colors but the pricing was amazing. I can't believe the exact match I got for what I needed. The customer service is beyond amazing, especially for this day and age. I accidentally ordered the wrong rug (various tones) and Homestitch was quick to respond to my email, easy to wrap back up and they were going to send UPS to pick it up but ended up giving me a credit and telling me to keep it. Just amazing overall!!
