Paid for items never received

This was a mess from the time I opened it! I tried to get it setup to use and went to remove the cap while in my living room and the entire end piece popped off, spilling the detergent onto my leather sofa. I ruined my sofa and lost a lot of the detergent while making what is left almost unusable because I can’t pour out small amounts or any amount without spilling it. It’s a mess! I will not be purchasing again. Also, very disappointed that I sent an email and never got a reply. I have been loyal to HEX since I discovered and I love the products but without good customer service the company loses my business.
