You have to soak the clothes over night for it to work. And the liquid detergent suds too much. When doing small- medium loadsI have to rinse a million times. I use recommended amount. Maybe the packs are better.

The product is very good and removes detergent left behind by other brands. Clothes are clean without any perfumes etc. the website for subscription users is not helpful. A user can not reset the schedule or push out a next delivery date without contacting hex.

Small bottle for a high price.
