The packaging! Need I say more? It was LOVINGLY packed with each item wrapped safely in recyclable paper. The gift box was perfect. The care shown by the shipping/packaging dept shone through. AND. . . they called me. Strange convo at first until I understood why: UPS and USPO use different abbreviations for "West". LAFCO cared enough to call and confirm my address. THAT is customer service!

Love this candle sent. I appreciate that it makes the room smell great even when its not lit.
