Bad

I ordered this product because I thought it was of the highest quality. I also bought a new Sodastream refill, I followed the assembly instructions to the letter. The refill is finished only after 10 liters of water, on level "one" (a single movement of the lever). It was said that it would last for at least 60 or 80 liters of water, but that's not true. I am very disappointed, as having spent a lot of money compared to the competitors, that the result was better. I wrote to the support via email, but I never received a reply. thank you
