My experience was great fast

My experience was great fast service and shipping..my only problem is that the software does not match my machine..I have tried to update my software and it said that it is updated...my machine is vp3 and the software is vp4 so it is of no use to me...l’m sad about that.. I have contacted software support and 7 days later still no response maybe because of Covid???? But for you and your service I would recommend you to everyone and buy from you again... Thank you Phyllis
