Got what I ordered at a very good price and it came quickly. Very good customer service.

Purchased a miele upright vacuum. It was shipped and received very quickly. The vacuum was new and in great working order. I would order from then again.

I shopped on line and compared prices. After choosing Carolina Forest for my order, I decided on the free shipping option since I wasn't in a rush. I was shocked when my machine showed up within a week. Opening the box I found a refund check for the amount of a coupon that I must have forgotten to apply to my order. That was so unexpected. Thank you for great service and I love my machine.
