I was floored by how fast my BrotherPE800 Embroidery machine was shipped. I placed the order on a Monday morning and it was delivered to me in Miami Fl the following Wed after lunch The only issue I have with the machine is there is a small hairline crack in the plastic area where you thread it, while threading the thread keeps catching in that crack. It is not a big deal but I would be nice to have that part replaced
