I ordered the sewing machine online, but when the order was going to ship later I received an email letting me know. I also received an email once it was shipping. There was a question about shipping address and an employee called was very helpful in getting it taken care of.

I wanted an embroidery machine that was not in stock so the staff, Barb upgraded me for free. I love my new machine. The embroidery is beautiful!! The only problem is the needle threader, I have had to have it in the Brother shop 2 times to have this repaired. However, that is why I buy Brother, they have a great warranty!! I would definitely buy from this company again!! They communicate well and don’t leave you in the lurch!!!

My machine came quickly and I will enjoy getting to know this machine and all it capabilities! So far what I have learned has been wonderful.
