Excellent customer service & shipping

I got great service and very nice people who were informative about the embroidery machine I purchased.

I had a great experience with Carolina Forest Vacuum & Sewing . I ordered a Brother Scan N Cut and they were out of the model I needed. Within a Week they upgraded me to the next level for a minimal fee. I was ecstatic and I had my machine with in 4days. The scan n cut is a quality machine and I would recommend Carolina Forest Vacuum & Sewing to everyone in the market for a quality machine and Great Customer service. "Barb you are the Best."
