Once I settled on what machine to buy, then I had to find the best vendor to buy from. After weeks of research I settled on Carolina Forest Vacuum and Sewing. EXCELLENT CHOICE! I couldn't have had a better experience. I ordered my machine on a Saturday afternoon. Monday afternoon I was sewing on it. The entire purchase process was flawless. The free shipping and no tax was very good, but ultimately was not the deciding factor. The deciding factor was the quick shipping and ease of the transaction. AAA+++
