Essentia CAN store

Mattress was delivered by Fed Ex. They dropped it in the driveway on a rainy day, without getting a signature. The 149 lb. mattress is 75 feet from the front door leaning up against a glass lens of the garage. Essentia was unable to get Fed Ex to come back and move it to the front door as promised. No show! No call back to satisfy this customer. Too bad as the mattress seems okay.

Brutal, absolutely brutal. Up sold a REM5 by the salesperson that destroyed my back and when I went to exchange it I had a nightmare experience. Never again Essentia.
