Very nice and comfortable, exactly what I was looking for.

I ordered a hotel robe in XL which is my usual size. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was a great deal larger than I expected. I telephoned and I was advised that I would have to send it back at my expense. I was told that the P&P might be a little more than I paid to receive it in the first place (i.e. £4.95). That was correct. I was horrified to find that the cheapest way to send it back would cost me £15.95! I deal with other online clothing suppliers who always send a return label just in case, for any reason, the purchased item fails to give satisfaction. It was explained to me that the sizes of hotel robes are always made on the generous size but, frankly, it totally swamped me. I am disappointed.

Nice luxury hotel feel about them. Bath mat said dove grey but is more pale pink/ grey.

These are lovely thick towels and remain soft & fluffy. I don't have a tumble dryer and they just have to air dry and these are the only towels that don't become hard and scratchy. The only reason I marked down a star was that one of the large towels (these are not cheap!) had about 5 snags when I removed them from packaging. I would still recommend them
