Not only, i was promised that my pillow will be delivered in my hotel room within 3 days (which it did), your wonderful costumer care was also kind enough to check up with me via instagram and make sure everything was delivered on time. The package was amazingly and carefully wrapped and even included a beautiful post card inside. And now for the most important thing - this pillow is so wonderful that it feels as if it was made of clouds. I actually consider buying much more once i visit England again in few month.
