I used to toss and turn all the time, but this keeps me still while I sleep, which keeps me from waking up in uncomfortable positions that give me joint pain. It's also just the right amount of warmth without making me hot and sweaty. The quality is excellent. In hindsight I probably would've ordered the 15 lbs one instead of the 20 lbs, but I've used it enough and love it so much that I'm happy to keep it.
