Took way too long to come in and I never received a response from customer support when I reached out looking for updates.

Contacted you twice but no response

Customer service is non-existent, will not answer the phone, will not return calls, will not replay to emails, nothing.

The band breaks in the washable mask, making it totally useless.

I’m still waiting for them to process my return
