Mosaic Weighted Blankets

It was difficult to reach anyone & I never received a text response. When I inquired about my order, the only response I received was “that is not one of our order numbers.”

The blanket is great, but it had a hole in it. The weights were coming out and we had to find the hole and sew it.

Not happy with no response when email them 4 times. Finally report them as I thought I was being scammed. I did thankfully receive merchandise for Grandsons Christmas gift. I’m thinking they are a good company but, I hope you learn to respond better with customers because it’s very important to do. Eleanor

somehow i ordered 2 blankets by mistake. didn't think i received a confirmation on my first order so i ordered again. ended up receiving and being charger for 2 but decided to keep both so it worked out.

I ordered a twin size blanket from the grab bag blankets. It had me choose for a woman. This was for my 13 year old daughter. This showed three possible choices. All looked girlie so I was like okay. Blanket came. It was tan. Disappointed. You should specify that you could end up with a masculine color.
