The sales service from Billy was great. He designed the walkway to meet my needs. There was a problem w the 25’ cord which was replaced right away w their warranty. Billy told me how to substitute a power cord while I waited forvthe new cord.

Seamless ordering and immediate shipping AND RECEIPT! While I was able to easily measure and order, I would suggest to call the company and talk with their help line so you get EVERYTHING you need in the first order. Now that I know the system, it is so easy but I left out two minor things which I ordered after the first shipment. These also came quickly so I got the entire system plus remote control installed 24 hours before a huge snowfall! Functions BETTER than I expected ! LET IT SNOW!!
