I just want to say how pleased we were to receive and install our HeatTrack order in such a timely way. We had, prior to our order had a good friend who is a master electrician install a dedicated circuit for our HeatTrack installation. Our existing electric plug that we could have used would have been overloaded otherwise. When that installation was installed, we placed our order with HeatTrack and within two days we received shipment. We installed the mats that afternoon, everything was very simple to do. The next night we received over 5” of very wet heavy snow. As soon as it landed on the mats it began to melt just as promised. We are very pleased. That day a service technician delivered salt for our water softener and was so impressed with the HeatTrack mats that he asked how he could get some. I had a HeatTrack email ad in my email so I forwarded it to him. He remarked that he sure wished more people had them because he had slipped numerous times on people’s sidewalks going up to their doors. We are supposed to get more snow in the next week and I’m not worried in the least now that we have HeatTrack. Stanley Parks

First sleet and snow here. The deck is very slippery except for the matted area. Love it!

The salesman was very helpful and pleasant

I have used these mats for a number of years on both my deck in the back and I now have them on my front stairs. I love the fact that I don't have to worry about slipping or falling when taking my dog out or about guests slipping on the steps. Easy to set up and remote takes care of the rest.
