My 83 yrs old father fell down the outside steps. Luckily he did not injure himself to badly and was able to make his way back inside his home. I found these mats online and started my order but required additional information to continue the order so I left the order incomplete. I was very pleased that a representative contacted me the following day asking if I needed assistance to process the order. He understood my dilemma and advised me that he would follow up with me later in the week. Amazingly he did and by that time I had all the information required to continue my order. It was a good thing that he contacted me as I was forgetting a few items and I also received a discount. I purchased a 30x30 mat for the top and bottom of the of the landing with 3 mats for the stairs. As per my father the mats work great. I would recommend these to anyone. They are giving me great peace of mind as my father does not live close by and his safety is my #1 priority. Being in the Paramedic field for over 30 years I've witnessed the elderly falling in winter and unfortunately not being found in time and resulting in lost of life not due to the fall but the cold. I tend to get ice build up on the sidewalk during the winter season, which is no longer a concern with these mats. Plus one less thing to shovel during the winter.

Something went wrong with my two old mats. Have to buy new ones.
