I have never brought a tree online and the last few years had real trees but got fed up with dropped needles and hoovering! So I took a risk and ordered from Christmas Tree World. I originally brought the 6ft size Unlit Ultra Mountain Pine but upon delivery it was too small. I called up and the staff were super helpful arranging my return and new order to the 7ft size all at no extra cost to me! Royal Mail slightly messed up by collecting my tree and then redelivering it the next day but after another call to CTW the staff were fantastic again and rearranged collection. The new tree arrived and it is now perfect! The tree is the most realistic I've seen and when you bush it out looks great and has plenty of hanging space. I wanted a tree that also allowed longer ornaments to hang so we are really chuffed with our tree and love the cosiness every night in the lead up to Christmas! Thanks so much everyone!

Im more than happy with my 12ft christmas tree! Good quality very full looking tree no gaps! Really nice water drop detail on the branches! Every visitor that sees the tree are very complimentary! I wish i could leave the tree up all year round!

This is an absolutely stunning tree, very full with a great mix of realistic & stiff branches for holding heavier baubles, it's been strength tested by 3 cats & has passed with flying colours, I think I'll be enjoying this tree for many years, I love it.
