I really wish i could

I really wish i could leave a great review because the customer service reps were extremely nice.... Unfortunately we had way to many issues with our order. For starters, we paid for 2 day shipment... 2 days go by and nothing from the company. I finally get a tracking number and it says it was shipped ground and will take a week (arrive Tuesday).... called customer service Thursday and they shipped us another product overnight. Received the product on Monday ( should have waited for original to arrive the next day). IT WAS THE WRONG PRODUCT. Called customer service again and they said they don't know what happened. Received the original product Tuesday and it was at least the correct product, but it was already used. The receiver worked great, the wall remote was already flashing an error code and we were told by Mitsubishi that it is now useless. Called customer service and they decided to credit us back for partial of the order. Our client, who is an elderly man, had to go without heat for over 2 weeks, over simple errors that could have easily been avoided. I only bumped the review from 1 to 2 stars because the customer service reps. were all extremely friendly.
