you were hard to get a hold of for questions. called 2 times left a call back number with no response. other than that pleased with service.

After 2 years I am having too replace $225.00 in parts

Comfortup was there and assisted with Central Freights idea of customer service, FAIL. Took a week longer to get my packages to Tucson. Once here the CF folks at the terminal were very helpful. I chose not to have a bobtail truck on my narrow residential street. The boxes are on site and seem to be in good condition. Installation will begin soon and I am sure that the Gree's that I chose will do the job. Will order again from Comfortup, I can always hope that the next shipment does not use Central Freight.
