IMy Gree system seems to make the room more humid than the rest of the house. I asked why and was told to try the dehumidification setting. That didn't really help and it shouldn't need to do that since the rest of the house is not as humid. My guess is that the unit isn't draining well but I can't tell if their is water in the pan. I don't think there is a way to see it. AC by it's function should remove humidity. Example our home is about 42% but our MBR is 47% Very strange. Overall, happy with the product and help I have received.

Little slow to ship..

I have been switching my properties from ducted to ductless. I have installed 3 different brands of mini splits to compare efficiency and value. I have used two different suppliers. Comfort up is the best supplier. The Gree brand wall unit was an easy install. The instructions on install are poor. The flare fittings on line sets are questionable, which I am told by A/C techs is expected in all mini splits. However the line set coverings are top quality. The mounting bracket to wall for outside compressor was very good quality. The unit itself is very quiet and appears to be of good quality. We tested the unit heat pump first. It was 67° outside. The unit produced really good heat, and brought the structure up to 72° quickly. The temp dropped to 48° overnight. Structure was 72° inside the next morning. The main feature needed is dehumidifying. I will know more when tropical weather of summer hits and 48" of rain comes, what I really think of Gree. I do know for certain it will out perform the LG brand mini splits, just from the heat pump test. Comfort up sales staff are excellent and accessable before during and after the sale. That's a real plus.

Great unit, shipped on time.

We received the wrong unit half for one part. One came as a 9000 BTU unit and the other one was a 12,000 BTU unit but customer service was great in rushing us the appropriate one because we were in a time crunch between two sets of guests.
