Well, after an extra week thinking it was an ComfortUp issue I received my shipment. Problem was FedEx Freight never notified me to schedule a delivery. The unit arrived in good condition and I was surprised by the physical size... but with some assistance I was able to place all of the components without issue. I originally ordered a wall hanging mount, but once the unit arrived I changed direction. Overall a very nice unit, quiet and easy to install and operate. I look forward to years of service
