I am of the traditional buying any spring mattress family. I recently purchased (9-2017) this mattress after returning the bear mattress. That mattress which is all memory foam was just too firm for me. I'd given up on my Serta innerspring mattress with which we had for about 4 years, prior to beginning my journey on finding another mattress that would meet the needs of me and my husband. I find that the combination of the inner spring and memory foam works best for us. Him more so than me but I'm still recovering from being rear-ended in a car accident a year ago so my body is not at 100%. But that aside, he has sleep apnea and has slept better on this mattress than any other mattress we've ever owned. Upon receiving delivery of the mattress, my husband and my mom (who is in her sixties) carried it upstairs set it up on our platform bed frame. They were very shocked at how quickly it expanded and the nice overall height of the mattress. We have ours and clothes in a waterproof all-encompassing mattress protector. Luft, you have surpassed our expectations and thank you for a great product.

Buying a bed online is an interesting experience. The bed came as advertized and i would say its construction is top notch. My wife and i are used to a foam bed without coil springs. That proved to be what we didnt like about the bed. If you are used to springs i think you would love this bed. Not us. That said i gave it 5 stars because this bed was presented accurately and the customer service was top notch. John at Luft made suggestions on how it might work for us , but in the end it went back with no problem. Excellent customer service is a must for online companies and John and luft fulfilled that role. Thanks again John

After researching a high quality and affordable mattress, we felt like Luft was the perfect choice. The online ordering was so easy, the mattress came in less than a week in relatively small box that we could easily bring up two flights of stairs. I loved opening the box and seeing the mattress inflate. The mattress is the perfect combination of supportive yet soft. It is a luxury purchase (and experience) at an accessible price point. I highlinrecommend a Luft mattress if you are in the market!

I've had my Luft Hybrid now for 100 days and I'm still very impressed by the quality of this bed. Customer service with Luft is top notch! The bed is excellent! I will say that it is a little firm, probably in the 7 area (10 being firmest). Its a great bed and you can't beat the price!
