Our kids has been great. We have made about 30 pizzas on it and everytime it heats up to 900 in about 20 minutes. Just heat the stone get pizza ready turn down heat toss pizza and turn, turn, turn, pull. That's all it takes.

Both of these worked well in our initiation of our Ooni Pro.
