Have not received pillow as of 7-10-24.

When placing the order I made an error with applying a discount that was offered. No matter what I tried I was not able to correct it . I contacted a service representative through the chat line who responded in a timely fashion and directed me with solutions. After trying the solutions I still was not able to successfully apply the discount and he advised me to place the order and he would be able to give me the discount after the fact. He was very patience and friendly during the entire process. The item was placed, discount received and the order arrived in record time. This was my first experience with Finelinens and will certainly continue to shop with this company.
