Shipping was the worst ever I have seen. Some reps were helpful and some made it seem like it’s my problem that shipment isclost abs how should I get it or get money

Doesn't look like the pictured sofa. Material looks cheap and 3 of the 4 rubber footings were missing. I had such a hard time with their customers service during the ordering process that I didnt even bother reaching out to the to send me new footings. I went and bought my own from Amazon.

I contacted Kardiel about returns on an item I had purchased and the customer service representative said they would send me additional information on the process and never did. I had to call back a week later and they had no records of my discussion with the previous representative and they advised me that there was no returns on the item I had purchased. On top of all this, the packaging of the item was not correct...it included the wrong size of support frame for the bathtub. Will never shop at Kardiel again.

Bottom latch broke and still haven’t received have the order 5 months later...

I really wanted say i had great experience with Kardiel but unfortunatelly thats not the case for me. I had to cancel my order due to delivery issues we had with the company they work with (Ceva Transportation) First they said they had problem with the truck , we had to reschedule. On the day of rescheduled delivery we were told by the rudest person on the phone they don’t have drivers !!! We called Kardiel this time and they rescheduled for us ( because we did not want deal with that rude lady on the phone again ) So 3rd time rescheduled and guess what they did not show up!!! My husband called to cancel the order but they convince us to give them another day to find another company who can deliver it to us, so we said ok! They found someone we lost another day waiting at home for delivery but they did not make it! Its hard to believe, isn’t it? My order shipped from Washington State to New Jersey but didn’t make it to me. I can’t say anything about their furniture since i never had them but i wish i could!!! So if you still like to place an order with Kardiel i suggest you to ask for the name of delivery company and stay away from Ceva Transportation.
