Stunning Couch, Customer Service Improvement Needed

The couch is amazing, based on quality and looks we will be a returning customer; however, the delivery service is appalling. The delivery company had to return twice, because the first driver parked on the corner of the street, not the street in front of our front door; he refused to move the truck to the street directly in front of our front door and drove away in anger. The box was significantly damaged, which worried us about the box’s contents. These products are not cheap, and I expect better service. Three (3) Stars is generous considering the headaches, and would have been One (1) Star if wasn’t for the couch’s beauty and superb quality.

The sofa is lovely. Nice

The sofa is lovely. Nice quality. The delivery was not. I was taken aback when I discovered that my furniture was hauled from Seattle to Salt Lake. In SL it was transferred into a different truck then went to Denver. It was delayed in Denver. Another transfer to another truck and it got to Casper. I then waited several days waiting to get a call about when I would get delivery. No call. I had to call the tracking number contact twice to find out that my sofa was dropped off at an other, local, delivery service. I had to call the Kiedle delivery number again to get them to contact the local delivert company to find out what the hold up was. I was told the local delivery company didn't have an available truck to deliver my order. It was two more days after that call I recieved my order. In all, my sofa was transfered onto 4 different trucks in 4 states before it was delivered to my home. The box looked as though it had been trough a trash compactor. It was really a shock, that when it was unboxed the sofa was not damaged. I don't believe I would order again from Kiedle. I spent too much of my time tracking down my order, needing to make many calls and texts then waiting for an answer. Rotten customer care. Sofa is nice, if you have nothing better to do with your time than to deal with ineffective delivery.

Service was great to receive

Service was great to receive the furniture that we purchased, but unfortunately the colors were not indicative of the catalog presentation and didn’t work with the space. We returned the furniture and we’re promptly informed of our refund amount, but we have yet to see the refund check after a month. I have made a few inquiries over the past two weeks, but I have heard nothing yet regarding the status of the refund check.

Good product, awful shipping

Kardiel has been responsive but their shipping partner was terrible. No shows, no communication, and then when they did eventually show up they dumped the box on my driveway and drove away, whereas the order specified that they needed to get a signature. For this reason I'm hesitant to order from Kardiel again. The chair itself is good quality and is holding up really well.
